Pioneer were angels for us. One of their competitors failed to show up to move my 94-year-old mother from Amica in Whitby to Belmont in Belleville. It was a time sensitive transfer with a doctor and nurse waiting. We called Pioneer and when they learned of the position we suddenly found ourselves in, they moved mountains to immediately arrange for an urgent transfer for us. From the dispatch staff to the services provided, our experience with Pioneer was outstanding. As another reviewer stated, I would give them 10 stars if I could. What a team!!!!

My sister was taken by ambulance to hospital yesterday. Released today and needed patient transfer to get home. They not only fit her in but had her home within a couple of hours and A1 treatment. Thanks Travis and the Pioneer staff. If I could give 10 stars I would. So important to a bedridden patient to know they have someone they can count on for transfer to appts.

Easy booking process. The people we have had to do the 2 appts so far have been great! Eases our mind knowing that we have more appts coming up. Arrive on time (early actually) and were very accommodating and compassionate, even when having to stop part way through the trip to re-adjust patient’s position.
